(Easy AF to Make. )
What You’ll Need:
2 Whole Chicken Breast
2 Cups of Breadcrumbs
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
2 Eggs
½ Cup of Milk
2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper
Here’s the cheat… preheat your oven to broil and move a rack to just above the middle.
Slice your chicken breast about an inch thick, generally, keep them 2 inches long.
Add the eggs, milk, and half the seasoning to a bowl and whip that thang up good.
Add the rest of the seasoning to the bread crumbs.
Take a handful of the chicken and dip it in the egg mixture then into the breadcrumbs. Be sure to evenly coat them.
Once all the chicken has been breaded lay them flat on a shallow baking sheet.
Cook for 10 mins on broil then flip for another 10. For extra crispy cook 12 mins each side.
Once done, sprinkle some salt over them and serve with your choice of sauce.
