Roast Chicken- Hearty and oh so satisfying and generally a no-fuss family favorite. Around $15.
Jambalaya - Packed with flavor and enough protein to fill all the bellies. Under $20.
Tacos - all really need is some protein and some shells and you've got the makings for a delicious dinner. $10 or less.
