Now that fall is officially here the holidays, and those savory holiday dinners, are fresh on my mind. My mouth literally waters thinking about the rich pasta, hearty ham and turkey, and warm bread that will grace my plate. The thought also reminds me of how heavy and calorie-dense some of these meals can be. While they are always tasty AF they can do damage to the body if you're not careful, that’s why I put together a list of food you should eat leading up to the holidays.
