(This one is Easy AF to make)
What You’ll Need:
2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
4 cups of Macaroni Pasta
3 Cups of Beef Broth
Season With
1 tablespoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Pepper
1 tablespoon of Garlic
1 tablespoon of Oregano
2 tablespoons of Paprika
1 tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
Let's start by heating a large saucepot over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil in it. Add your ground beef and cook until it begins to brown. About 4-5 minutes.
While that's cooking, dice up your veggies and add them to the ground beef and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Drain the fat from the beef mixture and return to the pot. Add in the tomatoes, sauce, seasoning, macaroni, broth, mix it well, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the broth has reduced to about half. Season with a little more salt and pepper to taste.
